Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Configuration
- Lead configuration of Workday modules including Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Leave of Absence (LOA), Compensation, Learning, and Recruiting.
- Design scalable and compliant business processes using Workday Business Process Framework.
- Configure calculated fields, condition rules, eligibility rules, and security frameworks.
Program & Project Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday enhancements and deployments, including planning, testing, and release management.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives involving HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
- Define governance frameworks and maintain system documentation.
AI Enablement & Innovation
- Implement Workday AI features such as Skills Cloud, Workday Assistant, and predictive analytics.
- Drive automation and intelligent HR process improvements.
- Ensure responsible AI adoption aligned with compliance and governance standards.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with global HR leaders and regional teams (China, India) to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor for HR technology strategy and optimization.
Integration & Technical Expertise
- Design and support Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/PICOF.
- Ensure seamless integration with HR, Payroll, and Benefits systems.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop advanced Workday reports and dashboards using calculated fields and analytics.
- Deliver actionable HR insights through data modeling and reporting tools.
Security & Compliance
- Configure Workday security roles and ensure compliance with global HR regulations.
Global Deployment
- Support localization for regional requirements, including statutory absence and time-off policies for global markets.
