Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Business Development located in Mumbai. The Head of Business Development will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, creating and executing strategic business plans, managing client accounts, and building strong partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities will include leading sales efforts, conducting market analysis, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth for the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Business Development and Business Planning from the Corporate Interior Industry
• Experience of minimum 3-5 years in Corporate Interior firm in Mumbai.
• Strong Analytical Skills for identifying market trends and strategic opportunities
• Experience with Sales and Account Management to develop and nurture client relationships
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of the corporate interior design and build industry
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Target oriented individual with proven records in Design and Build Industry.
