Guidewire PC / CC / BC Developer

Experience: 6-10 Years

Location: PAN India

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

Mandatory Requirements

• Guidewire ACE Certification is Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC), ClaimCenter (CC), or BillingCenter (BC).
• Strong understanding of P&C (Property & Casualty) Insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Guidewire applications (PC/CC/BC).
• Configure and enhance Guidewire components including Gosu, PCF, Business Rules, Data Model, Workflows, and Integrations.
• Design and develop integrations using SOAP/REST APIs, Messaging, and Batch Processes.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams for requirement analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring application performance and stability.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of overall IT experience with strong Guidewire development expertise.
• Hands-on experience in Guidewire Studio, Gosu, GUnit, PCF Configuration, Data Model Extensions, and Integrations.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud implementation/support is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and web services.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred

• Experience in Guidewire upgrade, migration, or cloud transformation projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
