Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to handle all design requirements across digital, print, and motion. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage multiple projects independently while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creatives for Social Media (Static, Carousel, Video/Reels) based on approved quarterly templates
- Create assets for Email Marketing and WhatsApp Marketing campaigns
- Design and maintain Website assets — banners, product images, and icons
- Produce Print-ready materials — flyers, brochures, and business cards
- Design and layout Magazine issues using Adobe InDesign
- Develop and refresh Social Media templates every quarter
- Ensure all designs strictly follow the Brand Guidelines
- Source assets responsibly from Adobe Stock, Envato, and Freepik
- Manage and organize all files on Google Drive with proper naming conventions
- Track all tasks and deadlines on Google Sheets
- Coordinate with stakeholders for briefs, approvals, and final delivery
Required Skills & Tools
- Adobe Creative Cloud — Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Knowledge of print production (CMYK, bleed, preflight)
- Basic motion graphics and video editing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills (Email, WhatsApp, Google Hangouts)
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design
- A strong portfolio showcasing print, digital, and motion work
- Experience with brand-driven design
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
