About the company:
Our client, a reputable Singapore law firm, is seeking a Fund Administration Executive to support its Corporate Secretarial & Family Office practice. The successful candidate will assist in the establishment and ongoing administration of Single-Family Offices (SFOs) and investment structures, with a focus on MAS Section 13O/13U compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory matters. The role will also support Data Protection Officer (DPO) services provided to the firm's clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the establishment and ongoing administration of Single-Family Offices (SFOs), investment funds, and related investment structures
- Assist clients in meeting ongoing compliance requirements under the MAS Section 13O and Section 13U tax incentive schemes
- Coordinate client onboarding, including KYC/CDD documentation, AML screening, and due diligence
- Liaise with clients, auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other professional service providers on fund administration and regulatory matters
- Prepare and maintain legal, compliance, and corporate documentation, including resolutions, statutory records, and regulatory filings
- Support corporate secretarial matters, including entity incorporation, annual filings, and ongoing corporate compliance
- Assist with regulatory submissions and correspondence with ACRA, MAS, and other relevant authorities
- Act as the appointed Data Protection Officer (DPO) for clients by maintaining PDPA compliance documentation, reviewing data protection policies, and supporting data protection-related matters
- Work closely with the Legal, Corporate Secretarial, and Compliance teams to deliver integrated corporate and family office solutions
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy, Law, Business Administration, Corporate Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Fund Administration, Family Office, Corporate Services, Corporate Secretarial, Legal, Compliance, or Financial Services
- Familiarity with MAS Section 13O/13U tax incentive schemes, AML/CFT, CDD/KYC, and Singapore regulatory requirements
- Good knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act 1967, ACRA filing requirements, and corporate governance practices
- Experience supporting private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, investment funds, trust companies, or family office structures will be an advantage
- Familiarity with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and/or experience serving as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications experience with corporate secretarial management systems will be an advantage
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Professional, client-focused, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with English- and Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
