About the Role:

We are looking for a Manager – FP&A to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and enhance overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Analyze actuals against budgets and forecasts with variance analysis.
• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports, including P&L analysis.
• Provide financial insights and commercial analysis to support business decisions.
• Drive working capital planning and performance monitoring.
• Build financial models and support strategic business initiatives.
• Identify business challenges and recommend financial solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve reporting and planning processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• CA or MBA in Finance (from a premier institute).
• 4–8 years of post-qualification FP&A experience in large or mid-sized organizations.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SAP is mandatory.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
