Preventive Maintenance: Schedule, implement, and track Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) to reduce operational risks.
Asset Management: Ensure all building assets are documented in a tracker, managing defective liability periods (DLP) and Annual Maintenance Contracts (CAMC).
Vendor Management: Coordinate with utility providers, contractors, and vendors to ensure maintenance tasks are completed properly.
Safety Compliance: Ensure facility operations adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Required Skills And Qualifications
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and building infrastructure.
Education: Engineering degree or diploma (Electrical/Mechanical).
