Job Overview:

The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director acts as a strategic partner to the MD, ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting decision-making, and aligning activities with the company's goals. This role requires discretion, high-level organizational skills, and the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and alignment with strategic objectives.
  2. Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements to optimize time and efficiency.
  3. Coordinate across departments to ensure timely execution of tasks and adherence to company processes.
  4. Organize and maintain official and personal documents for the MD with confidentiality and accuracy.
  5. Monitor ongoing projects, track progress, and escalate issues to ensure deadlines are met.
  6. Assist with strategic planning by reviewing reports, including MIS, and providing actionable insights to drive growth.
  7. Collaborate with Sales, HR, Finance, and other departments to streamline operations and resolve issues.
  8. Manage personal tasks for the MD, including finances, property investments, and family-related activities.
  9. Oversee and maintain the MD's social media presence, ensuring regular updates and engagement.

Strategic Importance of the Role:

This position is crucial for maintaining the company's strategic direction. By supporting the MD in planning, innovation, sales growth, and cost efficiency, the Executive Assistant helps drive long-term business success.

Qualifications:

  • Regular Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.Com, M.Com, B.Tech CS, MBA HR/Finance preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS Word/Google Docs, and Google Drive.
  • Experience in data management, reporting, and document organization.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis, management, and reporting.
  • Skilled in MS Word / Google Docs for creating, editing, and formatting documents.
  • Experienced with Google Drive for file organization and collaboration.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
