What You'll Do
- Partner closely with founders and leadership to solve high-priority business problems
- Identify operational, growth, product, or strategic gaps and develop actionable solutions
- Lead end-to-end problem-solving across critical business functions
- Build hypotheses, test experiments, and create scalable business processes
- Drive 0→1 initiatives, from ideation to execution
- Analyze data, uncover insights, and recommend strategic decisions
- Navigate ambiguity and independently create structure in fast-moving environments
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes
What We Are Looking For
- 4-8 years of startup, founder's office, strategy, consulting, growth, product, or business operations experience
- Proven ability to solve unstructured business challenges
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach
- High ownership with a builder mentality
