Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Maintenance (O&M)

• Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of wind turbine electrical systems.
• Support troubleshooting and repair of electrical components under supervision.
• Ensure proper functioning of wind turbine electrical systems and equipment.

Field Work & Site Activities

• Work at wind farm sites across Pan India locations.
• Participate in tower climbing activities as per safety guidelines.
• Assist in inspection of electrical systems, wind blades, and turbine components.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow strict HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) guidelines during all site activities.
• Ensure safe working practices during climbing and field operations.

Reporting & Documentation

• Assist senior engineers in maintenance logs and reporting.
• Maintain records of operational and maintenance activities.
