Ecommerce Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage the day-to-day operations across online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, order processing, shipment coordination, and ensuring smooth functioning of all backend activities.

• Handle product listings on multiple marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, etc.) using flat files and bulk uploads.
• Ensure all listings are accurate with proper product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and category placement.
• Manage daily operations — order processing, stock reconciliation, and dispatch coordination.
• Coordinate inwarding and outbound shipments to marketplace and quick commerce warehouses.
• Regularly track and update inventory levels across platforms to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Work closely with the logistics and warehouse team to ensure timely and error-free deliveries.
• Coordinate with marketplace account managers for new listings, promotional activities, and resolving operational issues.
• Generate and analyze sales and performance reports to support business growth.
• Maintain compliance with marketplace policies and ensure smooth onboarding of new products.

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in E-commerce operations or marketplace management.
• Hands-on experience with flat file listings and seller dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and quick commerce portals.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data management.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines.
