The Impact you will have in this role:

• Works on the creation, deployment, maintenance and troubleshooting of Enterprise Automation solutions
• Applies technology-specific best practices & standards Works with the team to evaluate new technologies and applications for future use
• This role requires coordination with multiple geographically dispersed groups (Business partners, Subject Matter Experts, and Analysts) across the company to implement solutions

What You'll Do:

• Works on the day-to-day coding and testing tasks in the delivery cycle
• Works with Business Analysts on software design and implementation
• Collaborates with other team members and analysts through the delivery cycle
• Works in an Agile delivery mode to build quality and scalable work products
• Supports production releases and maintenance windows working with the Operations team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Talents Needed for Success:
• 3+ years of related experience, with 2+ years in the financial sector
• Experience in the Microsoft suite of products with experience working on MS-Access, SQL Server and Visual Basic is essential
• Experience in the use of database systems and Appian as a Low Code No Code solution is needed
• Experience in scripting languages such as Python, and Shell/Batch programming is desirable
• Experience in application of Agile development methodology
• Strong and open communication self-starter and highly motivated individual
• Good interpersonal skills with experience working in distributed teams
• Ability to innovate and think creatively when needed
• Experience in an offshore delivery team is a big plus
