What You Will Be Doing

Design the enterprise data model and map multiple source systems into a canonical model (UDM/GIM) on an Informatica stack.

Implement data quality measures - Source profiling, transformation rules, and

handling granularity mismatches and derived/composite fields.

Develop and optimize ETL/data pipelines for seamless data movement across

systems.

Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.

Implement data modeling and data architecture best practices.

Work with cloud platforms to build and deploy scalable data solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives.

Utilize Spark and Kafka for data processing and analytics.

Ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and transformation of large-scale datasets.

What We Are Looking For

Key Requirements:

Strong SQL skills

Strong Data Engineering (DE) foundation including medallion architecture, SCDs

Experience with any cloud platform (Azure, GCP, or AWS)

Strong understanding of logical and physical data modelling (not just star schema)

Good knowledge of industry modelling like Party / Event / Location / Classification / Resource Item supertypes.

Technical Skills:

Experience with data modelling tools - Erwin, ER/Studio, PowerDesigner, or SQL Developer Data Modeler

Experience with ETL and data pipeline development

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms

Database management experience

Good to have: Experience in canonical/industry reference model for e.g. IBM IIW- style supertypes; experience mapping many disparate sources into one enterprise model.
