Location: Hyderabad (Local candidates only)

Shift: Rotational shifts

Notice Period: 15 Days Max

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary – 18 LPA (salary hike should not more then 20%)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced D365 Finance Consultant with strong functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, hands-on experience in managed services, and the ability to work effectively across global teams in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional consulting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules.
• Work closely with global stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and create functional specifications.
• Handle L2/L3 support as part of Managed Services delivery.
• Configure and customize Finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, and Project Accounting.
• Troubleshoot finance-related issues and provide timely resolution.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and enhancements.
• Prepare test cases, conduct UAT, and support deployment activities.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and maintain high-quality service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with onshore/offshore teams, business users, and leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a D365 Finance Consultant.
• Strong functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Mandatory experience in Managed Services / Support projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (must).
• In-depth knowledge of core Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with integrations, workflow configurations, and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate immediately.
• Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of best practices and industry standards in finance processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications in D365 Finance.
• Experience with Power BI, Azure DevOps, or related tools.
• Exposure to global support models (US/UK/EU shift coverage).
