Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Location: Bengaluru (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary & Benefits

CTC:

Freshers: 3.2 LPA

Experienced: 3.5 LPA

In-hand Salary:

o Freshers: 22,000/month

o Experienced: 25,000/month

Variable Pay / Incentives: 25,000 35,000 (performance-based)

Joining Bonus: 10,000 (post completion of 90 days)

Cab Facility: One-way cab provided

Shift Allowance: Night shift allowance applicable

Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 rotational weekly offs

Shifts: Rotational (majorly night shifts)About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Customer

Support Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, ensuring high

levels of customer satisfaction, and handling technical support-related queries.

Daily responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and

continuously improving the customer experience through problem-solving, analysis, and feedback

integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via voice/chat/email professionally
  • Resolve customer issues and provide accurate solutions
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience consistently
  • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for improvement
  • Meet performance and quality benchmarks set by the process
  • Qualifications
  • Customer Support and Technical Support skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer satisfaction skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in BPO, fast-paced, or startup environments is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
