Job Summary:

The CRM Executive will be responsible for enhancing patient experience, managing appointments, driving patient retention, and ensuring high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient relationships and engagement activities.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups.
  • Conduct reminder and feedback calls.
  • Manage reviews, ratings, and patient feedback.
  • Handle complaints and coordinate escalations.
  • Execute patient retention and loyalty initiatives.
  • Maintain CRM databases and records.
