What to expect from the role:

This role reports into the Marketing / Content Lead.

1. Develop content ideas and write engaging copy for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs, email campaigns, ads, and website pages.
2. Write high-converting marketing copy for ads, landing pages, brochures, webinars, and promotional campaigns.
3. Create compelling hooks, captions, headlines, scripts, and storytelling-based content.
4. Research finance, education, career, and industry trends to create relevant content.
5. Convert complex finance concepts into simple, engaging, student-friendly content.
6. Develop persuasive messaging that drives awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
7. Maintain consistency in Zell's tone of voice across all communication channels.
8. Analyse content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
9. Collaborate with designers and video teams to bring content ideas to life.

Who are we looking for

Candidate's attributes:

1. 3+ years of experience in content writing and copywriting.
2. Strong writing and storytelling skills with excellent command of English.
3. Hands-on experience in SEO content creation and writing blogs/articles that improve search visibility and organic traffic.

Great to haves:

• Exposure to financial and accounting courses or a similar industry.
