Role Overview

As a Video Editor at DaMENSCH, you'll create engaging video content across performance marketing, social media, website, and e-commerce channels. You'll work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to transform ideas into compelling visual stories while integrating AI into your daily creative workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality videos for Meta, YouTube, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging performance ads, social media reels, UGC edits, influencer collaborations, and product videos.
• Develop motion graphics, typography, transitions, visual effects, sound design, and colour grading.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance editing workflows, generate creative assets, speed up production, and improve overall content quality.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to execute campaigns from concept to final delivery.
• Ensure every video aligns with DaMENSCH's brand identity and creative standards.
• Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, AI innovations, and social media trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in video editing. Freshers with an exceptional portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Strong proficiency in AI-powered creative and video editing tools with the ability to integrate AI into everyday production workflows.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, colour correction, sound design, and editing principles.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality visual content.

Preferred AI Skills

Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Runway, Veo, Kling, Higgsfield, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms for video generation, editing, automation, and creative ideation.
