Job Description

About position:

Supports day-to-day enterprise network and security operations by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents, managing operational changes, and maintaining network infrastructure. Works within a 24×7 operations team to ensure the availability, performance, and security of WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, firewall, and secure access technologies.

What you will do:

  • Monitor and manage Incidents, Service Requests, Problems, and Changes using ServiceNow
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network and security incidents within SLA
  • Support major incident resolution and service restoration activities
  • Provide operational support for WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, routers, switches, and network connectivity
  • Support network technologies including Aruba SD-WAN, HPE Aruba, Cisco, and telecom WAN services
  • Perform network configuration, maintenance, health checks, and approved operational changes
  • Support security platforms including Fortinet, Palo Alto (Panorama), and Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, Client Connector)
  • Coordinate with vendors, telecom providers, managed service providers, and internal teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain network documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and configuration records
  • Ensure effective shift handovers and communicate ongoing incidents, changes, and operational activities

What makes you a good fit:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Zscaler preferred.
  • Experience in 24×7 NOC/Network & Security Operations supporting global enterprise networks.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, LAN/WAN, BGP, OSPF, routing, and switching.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco, HPE Aruba, and Aruba SD-WAN (Silver Peak/Edge Connect).
  • Experience with Fortinet FortiGate and Palo Alto firewalls, including NAT, VPNs, security policies, and Panorama.
  • Knowledge of Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and Client Connector.
  • Experience with ServiceNow/ITSM tools and ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
