Job Title: Commercial Real Estate-CRE (Assistant Director/ Associate Director)

Job Purpose
We are looking for a passionate, energetic individual to join our lending services division in a management position. You will be leading various delivery teams engaged with end-to-end lending life cycle activities across various products for both commercial and retail lending divisions of our clients.
You shall also actively involve explaining the prospective clients by visiting onshore about our lending services including end to end CRE loan support lifecycle across all the asset classes and markets. You will work closely with senior leadership of delivery, sales and technology solution teams to manage clients and further expand our offerings through various value propositions.
You need to ensure that your delivery teams across locations are strictly adherence to agreed client SLAs and ensure active update / reporting of required MIS.
Key Responsibilities
- 12-20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate operations including origination, underwriting and portfolio monitoring activities
- Minimum 10 years of large team management experience including multiple client managements
- Experience in complete delivery set-up, smooth roll-out of services and the implementation of best practices, feedback mechanisms, hiring and training the team
- Ensure deliverables are met as per client SLA's by various delivery teams across locations – Productivity, Quality & TAT
- Maintaining high quality in the workflows by performing quality checks, providing training, mentoring and upskilling juniors
- Working closely with the leadership layer of CRE practice and enabling them to move up the value curve
- Contributing to process improvement, providing value adds to the deliverables and automation of tasks by leveraging both in-house and client provided technology platforms
- Deeper understanding of various commercial bank products specific to CRE
- Knowledge of various mortgage applications across property types
- Prior experience across various CRE transaction types – Bridge, Perm, Tax Credit, Agency, Construction
- Stakeholder (internal & external) management with excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Identify ways for improvement in efficiency gains and process improvement
- Responsible for on-time identification and escalation of risks and mitigants
- Building appropriate solutions for new and existing clients based on current challenges
- Contribution towards RFIs and RFPs responses as and when needed
- Actively partner with Acuity technology solutions team to identify and provide client appropriate technology driven offerings
