Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will also conduct market research, create strategic growth plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and brand presence. Regular responsibilities will include meeting sales targets, attending relevant industry events, and representing the brand with professionalism.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Strategic Planning
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience in the luxury, beauty, or fragrance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other business development software
  • Passion for the beauty and fragrance industry with a keen understanding of market trends
