Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to enhance client loyalty and business growth.
  • Attend to customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
  • Conduct market assessments to understand target customer needs and identify business opportunities.
  • Pitch company services to potential clients and manage end-to-end sales processes.
  • Prepare sales plans and execute strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct field visits for lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Assist management in increasing overall company sales and achieving targets.
  • Send commercial proposals to potential clients and negotiate terms as required.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Manager/Director.
