Up to 7-8 years maximum in data analytics, MIS, BI, modelling, FP&A, HR analytics, or business reporti

• ired Skills
  Expert-level Advanced Excel: complex formulas, pivot tables, charts, slicers, conditional formatting and dyn
• amic arrays.Strong hands-on macros / VBA automation
• experience.Excellent command over formulas such as XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IFERROR, nested IFs, text/date functions and
• Power Query.Strong Power BI capability including dashboard creation, data modell
• ing and DAX.Prior experience in modelling: financial modelling, workforce planning, compensation modelling, forecasting, scenario analysis or operati
• onal models.Ability to handle large datasets with high accuracy, speed and attentio
