We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Bancassurance Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the bancassurance strategy, fostering collaboration between our bank branches and insurance partners, and achieving sales targets through effective training and mentorship of staff.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement bancassurance strategies to enhance sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with bank branches to promote insurance products and achieve sales targets.
- Train and mentor bank staff on insurance products and sales techniques.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth in bancassurance.
- Manage relationships with insurance partners and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market analysis for management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 1-8 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and regulatory frameworks in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and bank staff.
- Proficiency in data analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
