About the Role

We are looking for Associate Product Manager (APM)/ Senior Product Analyst (SPA) who thrives at

the intersection of product thinking, analytics, and execution. This role is ideal for someone who

enjoys taking ownership of complex business problems, using data to uncover insights, and

driving measurable product outcomes.

As APM/SPA, you will own product initiatives across key customer journeys, partnering closely

with Engineering, Design, Growth, Marketing, and Business teams to identify opportunities,

define solutions, execute experiments, and measure impact. You will be expected to

demonstrate strong analytical thinking, exceptional problem-solving skills, and an AI-first

approach to product development.

The ideal candidate is highly curious, takes end-to-end ownership, is comfortable working with

ambiguity, and has a proven track record of using SQL, analytics, and experimentation to

influence product decisions.

Key Responsibilities

● Own product problems from identification through execution, ensuring measurable

business and customer impact.

● Analyze user behavior across the customer lifecycle to identify opportunities to improve

acquisition, activation, engagement, conversion, retention, and repeat purchases.

● Define product hypotheses, success metrics, and KPIs for new features and initiatives.

● Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to translate business problems into

well-defined product requirements and user stories.

● Perform deep-dive analyses using SQL and analytics tools to uncover customer insights

and identify optimization opportunities.

● Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and

drive product improvements.

● Build dashboards and analytical frameworks to monitor product health and business

performance.

● Leverage AI tools to accelerate product discovery, customer research, documentation,

data analysis, and decision-making.

● Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing,

Operations, and Business teams to deliver high-impact initiatives.

● Continuously identify process improvements and automation opportunities to improve

team productivity.

● Present recommendations, insights, and business cases to senior stakeholders with

data-backed reasoning.

● Stay updated on industry trends, customer behavior, AI technologies, and product

management best practices.

Required Skills

● Minimum 2 years of overall professional experience, with at least 1 year of

experience as a Product Analyst or in a product analytics role.

● Strong sense of ownership with the ability to independently drive initiatives from problem

definition to execution.

● Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

● Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries, analyze large datasets,

and derive actionable insights.

● Strong understanding of product analytics, customer behavior, funnel analysis, cohort

analysis, and experimentation.

● Experience defining and tracking product metrics and KPIs.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

● Ability to influence decisions through data and structured thinking.

● AI-first mindset with hands-on experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini,

Cursor, or similar AI platforms to improve productivity and decision-making.

Eligibility

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information

Technology, Data Science, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.

● Minimum 2 years of professional experience.

● Minimum 1 year of Product Analyst or Product Analytics experience.

● Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems using data and analytical

thinking.
