Job Overview
Own messaging, positioning, go-to-market strategy, and content development across Lumenci's services and the iLumOS platform. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, and customer insights—translating complex legal technology into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with law firms, in-house IP teams, litigation professionals, and innovation leaders. We seek a strategic marketer who views marketing as both a discipline and a craft—someone who embraces innovation, leverages modern tools thoughtfully, and continuously refines how we tell stories, launch products, and generate demand.
Responsibilities
- Develop differentiated positioning and messaging for Lumenci's services and the iLumOS platform.
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature releases, webinars, campaigns, and industry events.
- Own the end-to-end product content strategy—including landing pages, product pages, sales collateral, case studies, battlecards, email campaigns, whitepapers, blogs, and executive presentations.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, subject matter experts, and leadership to translate technical capabilities into customer-centric, value-driven messaging.
- Conduct customer, competitive, and market research to uncover insights and identify growth opportunities.
- Equip sales teams with messaging frameworks, objection-handling guidance, and competitive intelligence to drive pipeline and win rates.
- Measure campaign and messaging performance, using data and customer feedback to iterate and optimize continuously.
- Help shape category narratives and thought leadership around AI-enabled IP solutions.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing.
- Experience in Legal Tech, Legal SaaS, AI platforms, or enterprise software is preferred.
- Experience marketing complex B2B software or consulting solutions is a strong plus.
- MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school is preferred, though exceptional candidates from diverse academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Proven ability to craft compelling stories and messages that connect with technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- Strong grasp of product positioning, go-to-market planning, and demand generation.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with experience producing executive-level content.
- Ability to distill complex technical concepts into accessible, actionable insights.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Data-informed mindset with the ability to synthesize customer and market insights into strategic recommendations.
Who You Are
- Passionate about marketing as a strategic function—not just a set of tasks. You're engaged in branding, content, demand generation, product launches, and behavioral psychology.
- Curious and self-driven to stay ahead of trends in AI, emerging technologies, and evolving marketing practices.
- Proficient in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity, while grounding your work in strategic thinking, originality, and sound judgment.
- Unafraid to challenge conventions—bringing fresh perspectives, not just templated approaches.
- Collaborative and adaptable, experienced working across global teams and comfortable engaging across U.S. and India time zones.
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in entrepreneurial, high-velocity environments.
