The Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing Strategy will be responsible for developing, implementing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns to drive business growth and enhance brand presence. The role will involve managing social media strategies, optimizing lead generation processes, analyzing market trends, and utilizing web analytics to measure campaign effectiveness. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing techniques
• Experience in Lead Generation and understanding of Marketing strategies
• Strong skills in Web Analytics to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Familiarity with AI-driven Martech tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a bonus
