Assistant Manager - Analyst

Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager – Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, valuation, and analysis of private market investment opportunities including private equity, real estate, and private debt. The role involves supporting the investment due diligence process, financial modeling, and performance monitoring to assist senior management and investment committees in decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis on private market investment opportunities across asset classes such as private equity, real estate, and private debt.
• Support investment due diligence and underwriting processes, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment.
• Prepare investment recommendations, reports, and presentations for investment committees and senior leadership.
• Monitor performance of existing private market investments through analysis of financial statements and investment data.
• Provide actionable recommendations for portfolio adjustments based on performance reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams (legal, compliance, and finance) and external consultants or investment managers.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and investment compliance standards.
• Stay updated on market trends, valuation methodologies, and developments in the private investment landscape.
