We are a full-service CA firm based in Bengaluru with a growing practice across Statutory Audit, Direct Taxation, GST, and Insolvency & Restructuring (IBC 2016). We work with a diverse client portfolio including listed companies, start-ups, MSMEs, and stressed assets — giving our article assistants exposure across disciplines that most firms cannot offer under one roof.

What you'll work on

1. Statutory Audit — Companies Act audits, LLP audit, RoC filings including private placement and start-up certification
2. Direct Taxation — Compliance, Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing, International Taxation, Scrutiny assessments
3. GST — Compliance, GST Audit, scrutiny, GSTAT appearances, and appellate matters
4. Insolvency & Restructuring — CIRP, PPIRP, Voluntary Liquidation, Scheme of Arrangement, NCLT representation

Who should apply

✔ CA Inter (both groups) or IPCC passed — result declared May / June 2025

✔ Willing to work across practice areas — not limited to a single vertical

✔ Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate

✔ Strong command of English (written and spoken); working knowledge of Kannada is a plus

✔ Eager to learn, take ownership, and grow alongside a client-facing team
