Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 1–4 years in Hospital Billing
• Qualification: Intermediate / Graduate
• Benefits: One-way Cab Facility | Two Weekly Offs

Role Summary

The selected candidates will be responsible for managing Accounts Receivable processes, resolving denials, and ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance payers.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) management
• Follow-up on unpaid and underpaid claims
• Denial analysis and appeals processing
• Review of EOBs and discrepancy resolution
• Communication with insurance payers through calls and payer portals

Technical & Software Skills

• Experience with billing systems (EPIC preferred)
• Knowledge of payer portals such as Availity, NaviNet, and UHC
• Ability to verify claim status and ERA

Healthcare Knowledge

• Understanding of payer guidelines
• Expertise in UB-04 and Field Locators
• Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and Modifiers

A/R Competencies

• Denial Management
• Claims Follow-up and Resolution
• Claim Analysis and Decision Making

Must-Have Knowledge

• DRG Downgrades
• Underpayments
• Authorization Denials
• Readmissions
• Revenue Codes, Value Codes, and TOBs
• Appeals (Types and Levels)
