Description

We are seeking a skilled AR Caller to join our finance team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on accounts receivable
• Medical billing (HB) OR (PB Specialist need 2+ years of experience).
• Denial management .
• RCM
• Communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices
• Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to receivables
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• AR follow ups.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 1-6 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks)
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
