Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to manage and grow digital marketing accounts. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns while driving business growth, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Understand client business objectives and develop digital marketing strategies aligned with their goals.
• Coordinate with SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Content, Creative, and Development teams to ensure timely execution.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, reviews, and strategic discussions.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Identify growth opportunities, upsell services, and drive account expansion.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis and share learnings to improve future performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, media partners, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Servicing within a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, and Digital Strategy.
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and delivering measurable results.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Commercial acumen with an understanding of budgets, ROI, and business growth.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
