Role Description The Admission Counsellor will work full time on-site at the Bengaluru location, guiding prospective students through the admission process for CMA (USA) programs. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting counseling sessions (in-person and via phone or online), explaining course offerings and career paths, and helping applicants choose suitable programs. The role involves maintaining applicant records, following up with leads, coordinating with faculty and administrative teams, and supporting enrollment targets through structured outreach and engagement. The Admission Counsellor will also participate in educational events, seminars, and workshops to represent Ledgergate CMA Academy and provide accurate information to potential learners.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills for effective student counseling and stakeholder interaction.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally and provide a positive experience to prospective and enrolled students.
  • Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads into admissions ethically, meet enrollment goals, and promote academy programs.
  • Candidates should possess Education-related skills and interest in academic advising, career guidance, and understanding of professional certification pathways.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple inquiries, and maintain accurate documentation and CRM records.
  • Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or education services is preferred; exposure to finance or professional certification programs is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Business, Commerce, Education, or related fields.
