Academic Counsellor

Roles & Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding educational programs and career opportunities.
• Understand students educational background, career goals, and learning requirements.
• Explain course features, curriculum, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and career prospects.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, websites, and referrals.
• Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Assist students throughout the admission process, including documentation and fee payment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
• Resolve student queries and provide timely support.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as admissions, operations, and marketing.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status and admissions performance.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in achieving enrollment or revenue targets.
• Customer-facing or consultative sales experience preferred.
