Job Title: Backend Developer - JAVA

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer – Java for the MTS-II (Member of Technical Staff – II) position who can design and build highly scalable, secure and resilient payment systems powering critical financial transactions at scale. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java-based backend development, payment gateway integrations, transaction processing systems, and distributed microservices architecture.

What We Look For:-

4+ years of experience in software development.

Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and backend payment systems.

Expertise in React JS/Next JS.

Excellent Working Knowledge of Node JS.

Experience working on payment gateways, UPI, wallets, banking integrations, reconciliation systems, or transaction processing platforms.

Experience in developing consumer-facing or SaaS applications on Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.

Excellent knowledge of microservices architecture, distributed design patterns, and a proven track record of architecting highly scalable and fault-tolerant web applications catering to millions of end users.

Sound understanding of SQL databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases like Cassandra and MongoDB.

Experience running containerized workloads on Kubernetes or Open Shift.

Strong understanding of computer science concepts, data structures, and algorithms.

Excellent communication skills and a strong inclination towards people growth, team development, and a growth mindset required to build high-performance engineering teams.

Preferred Experience: -

Experience in working with Fintech/Start-up culture.

Sound knowledge of application security.
