1 Year Contract HR Executive, Talent Acquisition HGNT

We are hiring 1 Year Contract HR Executive, Talent Acquisition to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organizations.

Job Responsibilities

. Identify quality candidates across various channels.

. Conduct proactive candidate searches and source mapping for critical and hard-to-fill positions.

. Maintain or establish channels and talent databases for identified candidate profiles

. Engage potential candidates, both active and passive, to ascertain interest and fit for current and emerging roles.

. Conduct resume screening and candidate evaluations against job requirements and competencies.

. Perform phone and virtual screening interviews to assess candidates suitability, motivation, and fit to the organisational culture and roles.

Requirements:

. Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines.

. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, executive search, or candidate assessment.
