About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will engage with prospective and existing customers, qualify leads, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to achieving business growth through effective telephonic sales and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Generate, qualify, and nurture sales leads through effective follow-up.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve engagement and conversions.
Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team, where applicable.
Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
Stay updated on company products, pricing, offers, and sales campaigns.

Candidate Requirements

1–2 years of experience in Tele Sales,
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
MS Office.

Preferred Languages

Fluent in Bengali, Assamese, Gujarati, and Rajasthani, with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
Working proficiency in English with good verbal and written communication skills.
