Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Compliance team to prepare and validate audit report packages supporting state audits
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot the bots and tools that generate compliance/audit outputs
Analyze claims data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit-readiness of report packages
Translate compliance and regulatory requirements into clear functional specs and report logic
Use AI tools to accelerate data extraction, validation, documentation, and analysis
Serve as a liaison across Compliance, IT, and claims operations stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Healthcare domain knowledge, with hands-on claims experience (Cigna claims platform exposure strongly preferred)
Proven BSA experience in a payer / health-plan environment
Strong Excel and analytical skills (data validation, reconciliation, reporting)
Hands-on experience using AI tools in a work setting
Exposure to compliance, audit, or regulatory reporting (state audit experience a plus)
