Role Summary
Sits within the IT team supporting the Compliance function, operating the bots and tooling that assemble audit report packages for state audits. These BSA bridges claims operations, compliance requirements, and the automation/analytics stack — translating audit needs into reliable, repeatable report deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Compliance team to prepare and validate audit report packages supporting state audits
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot the bots and tools that generate compliance/audit outputs
- Analyze claims data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit-readiness of report packages
- Translate compliance and regulatory requirements into clear functional specs and report logic
- Use AI tools to accelerate data extraction, validation, documentation, and analysis
- Serve as a liaison across Compliance, IT, and claims operations stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Healthcare domain knowledge, with hands-on claims experience (Cigna claims platform exposure strongly preferred)
- Proven BSA experience in a payer / health-plan environment
- Strong Excel and analytical skills (data validation, reconciliation, reporting)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in a work setting
- Exposure to compliance, audit, or regulatory reporting (state audit experience a plus)
