Job Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across key commercial business functions (non tech) for 2 countries
Partner closely with leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across APAC
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive market engagement
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Utilise recruitment data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes and influence decision-making
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and operational efficiency

Has 7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience gained within an in-house or similar industries
Proven experience recruiting for commercial functions such as sales, marketing, customer success, or related teams
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business leaders
Demonstrated success in talent sourcing and building pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
Experience developing recruitment strategies aligned to business growth objectives
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use hiring data to support decision-making
Exposure to recruiting across multiple APAC markets will be advantageous
Proficient in MS Office and ATS such as Greenhouse.
