Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across key commercial business functions (non tech) for 2 countries
- Partner closely with leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across APAC
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive market engagement
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Utilise recruitment data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes and influence decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and operational efficiency
The Successful Applicant
- Has 7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience gained within an in-house or similar industries
- Proven experience recruiting for commercial functions such as sales, marketing, customer success, or related teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business leaders
- Demonstrated success in talent sourcing and building pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
- Experience developing recruitment strategies aligned to business growth objectives
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use hiring data to support decision-making
- Exposure to recruiting across multiple APAC markets will be advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office and ATS such as Greenhouse.
