Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Conversions:

Work with the Centre Manager and Marketing team to generate enquiries, walk-ins, and premium membership conversions
Handle telephonic and walk-in enquiries effectively and follow the defined sales process
Make outbound calls to Shaadi.com members and other leads to offer matchmaking solutions
Meet and exceed sales and conversion targets consistently

Customer Interaction & Service:

Interface with walk-in customers to explain Shaadi.com's features and membership benefits
Provide personalized service to customers, understanding their preferences and requirements
Handle objections and irate customers with empathy and professionalism
Ensure a smooth handover of converted members to the service team

Data Management & Reporting:

Record enquiry details in the specified format and update the system regularly
Maintain documentation for all member interactions, conversions, and follow-ups
Track and report daily sales, follow-up calls, and account status
Ensure collection and safe storage of statutory ID and qualification proofs from premium members

Process Adherence:

Follow standard operating procedures and participate in periodic performance evaluations
Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and conversion data

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: HSC (Bachelor's degree preferred)
6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (preferably in Insurance, Telecom, or Financial sectors)
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu with a neutral accent
Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
Service-oriented attitude with empathy and patience
Familiarity with computers and internet usage
Presentable with a professional and approachable demeanor
Ability to handle elderly clients with maturity and cultural sensitivity
