Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generator – Architect to identify, connect with, and convert potential subscribers for architecture-focused services. You will play a key role in driving awareness, engaging the professional community, and supporting our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Identification & Prospecting

Research and curate a database of prospective subscribers: architects, studios, academic institutions, and design professionals.
Utilize digital platforms, social media, and databases to generate quality leads.

Outreach & Engagement

Reach out via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings to introduce the value of For Young India's subscription services.
Conduct initial discovery conversations and schedule follow-ups or product demos with the inside sales team.

Brand Representation

Act as an evangelist for the platform within the architecture and design ecosystem.
Represent the brand at key conferences, events, webinars, and architecture college engagements.

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain records of all lead interactions using Google Sheets, Google Forms and Excel.
Share weekly insights and lead performance reports with the growth team.
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies based on field insights.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Design; candidates with additional sales or business development experience are preferred.
2–5 years of professional experience in architecture practice, BD, or community engagement roles.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a passion for connecting with people.
Strong understanding of the architecture ecosystem in India, including trends, firms, and institutions.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Forms, or outreach platforms is an added advantage.
