Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Salesperson role based in Mumbai. The Real Estate Salesperson will actively promote and sell commercial office spaces within 72 Corp and other properties in the VRUX REALTY portfolio. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, conducting property tours, explaining features and benefits, and answering questions about real estate options. The role also involves maintaining client relationships, negotiating offers, preparing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. The Real Estate Salesperson will be expected to achieve sales targets, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and stay informed about market trends in the Mumbai commercial real estate sector.
Qualifications

Strong customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport, respond to inquiries promptly, and provide clear guidance throughout the sales process.
Valid Real Estate License and sound knowledge of real estate regulations and ethical practices applicable in Mumbai and the broader region.
Understanding of real property concepts and commercial real estate, with the ability to explain key legal, financial, and structural aspects to clients.
Proven sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals within defined timelines.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
Comfort with on-site work, regular client meetings, and property tours in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Basic proficiency with CRM tools, email, and office productivity software; experience in commercial real estate marketing is an advantage.
Relevant educational background in business, real estate, or a related field preferred; prior experience in real estate sales or corporate leasing is a plus.
