Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  1. 1. Designing and updating job descriptions
  2. 2. Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
  3. 3. Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
  4. 4. Screening incoming resumes and application forms
  5. 5. Interviewing candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
  6. 6. Preparing and distributing assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests
  7. 7. Advertising job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
  8. 8. Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  9. 9. Monitoring key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
  10. 10. Collaborating with managers to identify future hiring needs
  11. 11. Acting as a consultant to new hires and help them in onboarding
