Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

  • 1.  Must be adept at leveraging online and social media recruiting resources to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
    2. Create job postings for all campaigns (social media online, print, Walk-Ins).
    3. Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required.
    4. Organize, coordinate, plan and document recruiting events, including Walk-Ins and Job Fairs.
    5. Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
    6. Pre-screen first and then interview all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers, and includes the use of face-to-face behavioral based interviewing methodologies. Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, job skills and competencies

Candidate Preference

1. Masters in Business Administration (Major : Human Resources) 2. Strong communication skills 3. Critical and out-of-the-box thinking 4. Excellent organizational and leadership skills 5. Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast paced environm
