Job Description

  1. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

  3. 1. Work on lead generation from social media
  4. 2. Work to call/email/text/meet potential customers
  5. 3. Build and maintain relationships with clients
  6. 4. Assist with sending commercial proposals
  7. 5. Work on collections against invoices
  8. 6. Work to learn the needs of clients and develop plans to meet them
  9. 7. Address any concerns or issues a client may have and work with account managers or leadership to resolve them
  10. 8. Collaborate closely with other departments to build strategies that ensure they satisfy clients with the company's product or service
  11. 9. Serve as the main point of contact between clients and employees
