About the Company:
Skill-Lync is building an alternative platform for higher education. The last 2 decades have seen an increasing disconnect between industry and academia - this has resulted in colleges not teaching industry-relevant skills and thereby students becoming unemployable. Skill-Lync is a Y-Combinator (2019) start-up that is solving this problem at scale by leveraging technology. We are funded by marquee investors and have a clear scale-up plan for the next 3 years.
We’re building a network of enthusiastic & energetic students from Engineering Institutions across the country to be a part of our Campus Ambassador Program.
We aim to build a responsible Campus Ambassador Program that is learning-centric & student-focused with exciting incentives. Come and be a part of the program.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Current Students from Engineering Institutions across India
- Eligible Departments: Civil, Mechanical, CSc, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communications Engineering (Students from sister departments of the said branches can also apply)
- Year of Study: 2nd & 3rd year students
- Candidates available for 4 months
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To be the brand extension of Skill-Lync at your campus.
- Identifying various channels (Online/Offline), broadcasting and promoting Skill-Lync activities
- Assisting in Campaign design, Content curation & Promotion
- Reach out to student bodies/faculties/administration to plan for the event(s) and drive participation
- Playing a lead role to drive signups & enrolments in various activities (Webinars/Workshops & ultimately projects & Courses)
Rewards & Benefits:
- Welcome Kit (Worth INR 1500) & a fixed Incentive of INR 3000 per semester upon successful completion of the program, and a variable incentive of INR 2000 per semester based on performance.
- Event & Success bonus of upto INR 10,000 per course enrollment
- Certifications, Awards, LORs, Endorsements, Internship opportunities & much more.
