2. 1. Finish the learning curriculum goals that we provide
3. 2. Resolve user problems/doubts by working with the engineering, content, and learning delivery teams to resolve issues
4. 3. Encourage and motivate users to perform better every day
5. 4. Go through user code and provide feedback, hints to their queries.
6. 5. Coordinating with a lead mentor and gather insights about users progress and find out intervention points
7. 6. Good communication skills and ability to technically inspire and manage learners 1:1 and in group
8. 7. Take live Query sessions to users over zoom meets
9. 8. Help the delivery/content/engineering teams with scripts, operational tasks.

12. 1. Learn and add 6+ work-like projects to your resume in a period of 15 Months.
13. 2. Help Crio users learn better by helping them with their technical doubts (Full stack or Backend) on projects you have completed.
