3. ● Ensure smooth execution of the Kalvium program on the assigned campus.
4. ● Monitor and improve student learning progress, outcomes, and happiness
5. through data analysis and dashboards.
6. ● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective
7. program operations.
8. ● Manage on-ground operations for assessments, events, and other
9. program-related activities.

11. 2. Mentorship
12. ● Deliver Kalvium's Foundation courses, which include behavioural skill-related
13. courses such as Learning how to learn, Professional skills, Critical thinking,
14. etc.
15. ● Facilitate professional development and career outcomes of a cohort of
16. Kalvium students, ensuring successful placements and optimal performance
17. reviews from recruiting tech companies.
18. ● Provide counselling, guidance and support to students to help them overcome
19. challenges during their learning journey and at work.

21. Location: Bangalore during training and Pan India after conversion
22. CTC : 7 LPA

Candidate Preferences:

Candidate willing to relocate. Candidates must be Master's graduate.
